fix: Update clearinghouseState subscription to parse responses with "dex" enabled correctly (#115)

* feat: Update message dispatcher to use prefix matching for subscriber IDs to include dispatches having clearingHouse with dex parameter

* feat: Introduce `ClearinghouseStateMessage` to wrap and dispatch clearinghouse state updates.

* refactor: Generate more specific message keys based on user and dex, and switch the message dispatcher to use exact key matching.

* run make generate to add generated files
