feat!: v3.0.0 - functional architecture with major performance gains (#206)

BREAKING CHANGES:
- Minimum Node.js version raised to 20
- All language converters now export `toWords` function directly
- Removed class-based architecture in favor of functional modules

Highlights:
- 3x-85x performance improvements across languages
- 70-96% memory reduction per conversion
- 75-92% smaller per-language bundles
- Added 7 new languages: am, am-Latn, fi, ha, hbo, sr-Cyrl, zh-Hant
- Fixed UMD single-language exports with @rollup/plugin-virtual
- All 52 languages are self-contained, tree-shakeable modules

Key optimizations:
- Precomputed lookup tables (en, pt, he, hbo)
- BigInt modulo instead of string slicing (ja, sw)
- Eliminated class instantiation overhead
