PORTAL-2438: Cohort Selector Improvements - Add demo/example cohorts button + dropdown actions (#791)

* Add 'View Cohort Details' button and update layout

Introduced a new 'View Cohort Details' button alongside the download dropdown in the cohort details modal. Refactored the layout to group action buttons in a dedicated section and updated related styles for improved alignment and spacing. Adjusted modal container padding for better visual balance.

* Enhance cohort tooltips with detailed React content

Replaced plain string tooltips for cohort actions with styled React components, providing more detailed instructions and a note about optimal cohort size. This improves user guidance when creating or adding to cohorts.

* Add cohort duplication feature with UI support

Introduced a new feature to duplicate cohorts, including logic to generate unique names for copies and UI integration with a duplicate icon. Updated the cohort list to display a duplicate icon for each cohort, allowing users to easily create copies. Added new SVG icons for the duplicate action.

* Enable navigation to Cohort Analyzer from cohort modal

Added navigation logic to allow users to view cohort details in the Cohort Analyzer directly from the cohort modal. The CohortAnalyzer page now auto-selects the cohort when navigated to with state. Also passed setAlert to cohortDetails for error handling during navigation.

* Scroll to top when cohort is selected

Adds a smooth scroll to the top of the page when a cohort is selected in the CohortAnalyzer component to improve user experience.

* Update cohortList.js
