feat: --git-add を --git-commit に変更し、stash 対応の自動コミット機能を追加

- --git-add オプションを --git-commit に変更
- 変更したファイルのみを git add & commit する機能を実装
- 他の未コミット変更がある場合は stash で一時退避し、commit 後に復元
- commit メッセージを自動生成（ファイル名: config_type を更新）
