Fix: Remove fallback for syllable_tokenize to ensure correct behavior

When syllable_tokenize fails due to missing dependencies, falling back to treating the entire word as a single token produces incorrect results. The algorithm requires proper syllable tokenization to work correctly, so we should let the ImportError propagate instead of silently producing wrong output.
