fix: use explicit app name in server_path() to fix production releases

The :application.get_application/0 function returns :undefined when the
calling process doesn't belong to an application, which happens during
OTP release supervisor startup. This fix adds server_path/1 that takes
an explicit app name and keeps server_path/0 for backwards compatibility
but with deprecation warnings.
