refactor: progress.py を my_lib.cui_progress に移行

my_lib.cui_progress.ProgressManager を使用するように ProgressDisplay を書き換え:
- Null Object パターンのクラスを削除 (my_lib.cui_progress で提供)
- ProgressDisplay を my_lib.cui_progress.ProgressManager のラッパーに変更
- メルカリ固有の設定 (color, title) は引数で渡す
- ProgressObserver Protocol の実装は維持
- テストを新しい実装に合わせて更新
