Add workspace config support for remaining providers

Add WorkspaceConfig support for Bitbucket, Asana, ClickUp, Azure DevOps,
and Trello providers:

- workspace_config.go: Add settings structs with YAML tags and
  environment variable expansion functions
- conductor_config.go: Add buildProviderConfig cases for all 5 providers
- migrate_tokens.go: Add token migration cases for all 5 providers

This completes the workspace configuration coverage for all supported
providers, enabling config.yaml as the single source of truth.
