* Initial plan

* Add Azure AI Search backend support to embedding and summarization services

- Add azure_ai_search backend handling in embedding/main.py and summarization/main.py
- Normalize 'ai_search' backend name to 'azure_ai_search' for factory compatibility
- Add AISEARCH_* configuration fields to service schemas (embedding.json, summarization.json)
- Add VECTORSTORE_TYPE, AISEARCH_ENDPOINT, AISEARCH_INDEX_NAME, and EMBEDDING_DIMENSION to summarization service in containerapps.bicep
- Add EMBEDDING_DIMENSION to embedding service in containerapps.bicep
- Fix VECTORSTORE_TYPE → VECTOR_STORE_TYPE env var name in containerapps.bicep
