feat: introduce BridgeError custom error type (#28)

- Add thiserror dependency
- Create BridgeError enum with Connection, SoapFault, Parse variants
- Update RealFlightBridge trait to return Result<T, BridgeError>
- Update local/remote implementations and decoders
- Replace Box<dyn Error> with typed errors for better error handling
