feat: Add pricing page and enhance homepage with 9-tile grid

Website:
- Add RTMX Sync pricing page with Team/Enterprise/On-Prem tiers
- Add waitlist form and FAQ section to pricing page
- Expand feature grid to 9 tiles (3x3) with Coming Soon badge
- Add Python API and Real-Time Sync feature cards
