chore: update npm dependencies and migrate to ESLint 9

- Update prettier from 3.2.5 to 3.7.4
- Update eslint from 8.57.0 to 9.39.2 (major version)
- Migrate from .eslintrc.js to eslint.config.js (ESLint 9 flat config)
- Add globals package for browser environment support
- Keep @playwright/test at 1.46.0 for compatibility
- Add 'type: module' to package.json for ESM support
- Auto-fix all ESLint errors (quotes, semicolons, etc.)
- Zero vulnerabilities reported (from 3)

Breaking changes:
- ESLint 9 requires new flat config format
- All JavaScript files reformatted to match style rules
