fix: Match terminal animations exactly to rtmx CLI output

- Increase terminal height from 340px to 510px (50% taller)
- Remove all vertical whitespace (empty lines) from animations
- Use correct ANSI color mappings (#22c55e green, #eab308 yellow, #ef4444 red)
- Show all 12 phases in status with correct format and alignment
- Use tabulate grid format (+/-/|) for backlog table
- Match exact health check output format with proper spacing
