chore: fix linter warnings and update golangci-lint config

- update .golangci.yml: set max-issues-per-linter and max-same-issues to 0,
  exclude unparam and wrapcheck for test files
- fix testifylint: use require.X instead of assert.X for error assertions
- fix staticcheck: use tagged switch, remove embedded field from selector
- fix prealloc: pre-allocate slices where size is known
- fix unconvert: remove unnecessary type conversions
- fix nolint directive in locker_test.go
