fix: Remove duplicate terminal chrome from docs code blocks

- Remove CSS that was adding extra traffic light buttons to Starlight's
  built-in code blocks
- Keep terminal window UI only on landing page (Terminal.astro component)
- Docs now use clean Starlight code blocks with subtle background tweaks
