Remove Maven Snapshot badge from README

Removed Maven Snapshot badge from README.

After the migration to central from oss, snapshots are no longer browsable.  If you know exact version they still work but the badge cannot as it browses.  This has been a known broken feature like many of the migration sonatype did.  If it ever comes back we can add later but at this point we will most often release more regularly like most other projects do making that not very important.
