Rework DitherType enums (#252)

Makes the following changes:
- Merges redundant dither enums.
- Removes `DitherType.AUTO` logic.
- Changes default dither algorithm to explicitly be `DitherType.RANDOM`.
- Adds a new `force_fmtc` argument to force fmtconv dithering if
desired.
- Updates explicitly set `dither_type` values elsewhere when applicable.
- Prevents always overriding clip range prop even if not necessary.
- Deprecates `should_dither` as it's no longer needed.

Note:
zimg "random" dither appears to be equivalent to fmtc "void" dither.
These enums have been merged and the default now uses zimg for better
performance without reducing quality.
