Remove remaining notifyByEmail test calls

- Remove testChatMessage and testPromise from LoveJunkTest.php
  (these tested notification functionality now in Laravel)
- Refactor testTyping in chatMessagesAPITest.php to use direct DB
  update for mailedtoall flag instead of calling notifyByEmail
