Fix parallelization: add parallel mode to outer Test Matrix describe

The inner describe blocks had parallel/serial mode configured, but the
outer 'Reply Flow - Test Matrix' describe was missing parallel mode.
This caused the nested describes to run sequentially instead of in parallel.

With this fix:
- The three inner describes (Logged In User, New User Registration,
  Existing User Forced Login) will run in parallel with each other
- Within Logged In User, tests still run serially (shared existingTestEmail)
- Within the other describes, tests run in parallel
