fix(sdk): improve SSE subscription resource management and package consistency

- Rename Java package from com.github to io.github to match Maven groupId
- Python: add response cleanup in finally block, handle malformed JSON events
- Python: use connect-only timeout for SSE (no read timeout for streaming)
- TypeScript: add reader.cancel() in finally for prompt resource release
- Java: reuse HttpClient instance instead of creating per reconnection
