feat(attachment, http-content): Add HTTP(S) content handler (#363)

Introduce the `jp_attachment_http_content` crate, allowing users to
attach the full content of HTTP and HTTPS URLs to their conversations.
This handler fetches the raw text content of the provided URI and
includes it as an attachment.

To use the new handler, provide an HTTP(S) URI to the `--attachment` (or
`-a`) flag of the `jp query` command:

```sh
jp query --attachment https://example.com
```
