refactor(zk): consolidate ZK crypto to single implementation in lib/stash

Removes duplicate ZKCrypto from app/store, exports the lib/stash version.
This eliminates ~400 lines of duplicated crypto code while maintaining
full compatibility. Server now imports lib/stash for ZK detection.
