Add NIF-based TCP checksum with iodata support

Move checksum calculation into NIF to avoid binary concatenation.
The NIF uses graph reduction to walk iodata structures without
flattening, processing 16-bit words directly from binaries.

- Add checksum/1 NIF that accepts iodata
- Use Erlang term list as stack for graph reduction
- Optimize binary processing with 16-bit word access
- Track pending bytes across iodata fragments
- Update Tcp.checksum/3 to pass iodata to NIF
