Implement Phase 1: Add SplitStepNode to AST and Parser

- Add SplitStepNode to AST with all required fields:
  * Strategy (none, sentence, paragraph, chunk, tag)
  * Size, Overlap, Chars for configuration
  * Output variable name for workflow context
  * Retry support

- Add splitYAML struct to parser with proper YAML tags
- Update parser convertStep method to detect and convert split steps
- Apply default values: strategy='none', size=1024
- Add comprehensive unit tests covering:
  * Basic split parsing
  * All strategy types
  * Default values
  * Configuration options (size, overlap, chars)
  * Retry configuration
  * Integration with foreach steps

All tests pass. No breaking changes to existing functionality.
