chore: Migrated to ESLint 9 (#513)

- Updated ESLint and TypeScript related dependencies to their latest versions.
- Changed the lint script to run ESLint on all files instead of specific ones.
- Removed unnecessary module name mappings in Jest configuration.
- Added type imports for better TypeScript compatibility.
- Cleaned up import statements to remove file extensions.
- Refactored comments and fixed typos in the codebase.
- Simplified test cases for better readability.
