Convert secret subcommands from Run to RunE

Convert 5 secret subcommands from Run to RunE for proper error
propagation:
- newSecretSetCommand
- newSecretGetCommand
- newSecretDeleteCommand
- newSecretListCommand
- newSecretResetKeyringCommand

This enables consistent error handling across all secret commands
by returning errors instead of printing to stderr and silently
returning.
