* Fixed path issue in Dockerfile that kept web docs from being indexed

* Fixed more path issues causing DB migration to fail, fixed alert email templates

* Fixed issue where pulumi preview was failing because the db-migration job, which automatically deletes after it runs, could not be found

* Trying Pulumi Neo's answer on how to resolve this deleted db migration job issue

* Removed faulty test

* Disabled server-side apply to prevent conflicts when the provider changes

* Added a pulumi refresh step to try and add better auto-healing of failed prior deployments, fixed bad path in copy-api-code job

* Formatted code

* Lowered timeouts on pulumi up, manually imported an oprhaned resource into state

* Updated Claude.md

* Fixed bad alert value
