Use FormLocationFeedback, fix trusted_html method

1. LocationForm - Refactored render_location_feedback to use kit syntax FormLocationFeedback(...) instead of the hacky partial render with view_context.instance_variable_set
  2. Components::Base - Fixed bug in trusted_html where plain strings weren't being output (just returned). Now they get escaped and output via plain(content.to_s)
