Reporting API: Replace date filters with message date filters using inclusive overlap semantics (#680)

* Initial plan

* Implement message date filtering with inclusive overlap semantics

- Add message_start_date and message_end_date parameters to API
- Implement inclusive overlap filtering in ReportingService
- Keep start_date/end_date for backward compatibility (filters on generated_at)
- Update UI to use new message date parameters with improved labeling
- Add comprehensive tests for inclusive overlap logic
- All tests passing

* Remove backward compatibility for clean implementation

Removed deprecated start_date/end_date parameters as requested.
Only message_start_date/message_end_date remain for filtering by thread message dates.
All 83 tests passing.
