refactor: progress モジュールに Null Object パターンを適用

TTY/非TTY の分岐をシンプルにするため、amazhist-python と同様に
Null Object パターンを導入。

- _NullProgress: 非TTY環境用の何もしない Progress
- _NullLive: 非TTY環境用の何もしない Live
- 各メソッドから None チェックを削除
- テストを Null Object パターンに合わせて更新
