test: Add comprehensive unit tests for 7 core modules

Add 227 unit tests targeting 100% coverage for:
- CoreFunctions.py - Core scanning and processing functions
- DataLoader.py - Stock data loading and preparation
- ExecuteOptionHandlers.py - Execute option processing handlers
- BacktestUtils.py - Backtesting utilities
- NotificationService.py - Telegram and notification handling
- OutputFunctions.py - Output and display functions
- ResultsLabeler.py - Results labeling and formatting

All tests pass successfully.
