Add ex check (#113)

* A lot of cleanup:
* Cleaned up the Supervisor.Utils (combined functions)
* Cleaned up the AnimationManager (combined functions)
* Changed LedStrip.reinit to change_config (including the drivers)
* Renamed the Job pattern to schedule (since it now also allows intervals)
* Updated the Changelog.md
* Updated the TODO.md

* fixing type specs that weren't 100% correct from last commit
* moving the `docs/` from docs to `pages/`

And some other minor documentation improvements

Introducing ex_check
* Adding doctor
* Adding sobelow
* Adding mix_audit
* adjusting the CI pipeline
* Renamed WikiUtils to Wiki.Converter and removed the filename function
