feat(stash-java): Java SDK with ZK encryption and Maven Central publishing

Add Java client library for Stash with:
- Full CRUD operations (get, set, delete, list, info)
- Zero-knowledge encryption (AES-256-GCM + Argon2id)
- Builder pattern API with retry support
- Cross-SDK compatibility with Python/TypeScript

Publishing to both GitHub Packages and Maven Central (io.github.umputun:stash-client).
