chore: update godx and refactor diagnostics

Update `github.com/rm-hull/godx` to **v0.2.0** and
`lukechampine.com/uint128` to **v1.3.0**.

Refactor `internal/app.go` to use the consolidated `godx.Diagnostics`
API. This replaces individual calls to `GitVersion`, `EnvironmentVars`,
and `UserInfo`, allowing diagnostic information to be handled directly
by the application logger.
