feat: add structured diagnostics and helpers

Introduce a `Diagnostics` function that utilizes `log/slog` to provide
structured output of system information, including git version, PID,
user details, and environment variables.

Refactor existing logic for retrieving groups and environment
variables into reusable helper functions to reduce duplication and
improve maintainability across `UserInfo` and `EnvironmentVars`.

*   Add `Diagnostics` function for structured logging.
*   Extract `groups()` helper for system group lookups.
*   Extract `env()` helper with sensitive data filtering.
*   Add unit tests for structured diagnostic output.
