refactor(e2e): split e2e_test.go into feature-based files

Split 1098-line e2e_test.go into focused test files:
- e2e_test.go (315 lines): TestMain, shared helpers, constants
- auth_test.go: authentication tests (login, logout, sessions)
- kv_test.go: KV CRUD tests (create, view, edit, delete)
- history_test.go: git history tests (commits, revisions, restore)
- permissions_test.go: permission tests (admin, readonly, scoped)
- search_test.go: search functionality tests
- ui_test.go: UI mode tests (theme, view mode, sort, format)
- zk_test.go: zero-knowledge encryption tests

Also fixes:
- add waitVisible before click in viewKeyByText for headless stability
- use unique timestamp in TestZK_ViewModalShowsBadge to avoid key collisions

224 of 250 new or added lines in 6 files covered. (89.6%)
