feat: add clear button to search input & add toast notification for empty search  (#1016)

* feat: add clear button to search input

Added a `CloseButton` to the search `InputGroup` to allow users to
quickly reset their search query.

- The button is disabled when the input is empty.
- Added a `handleClearSearch` handler to reset the input value.
- Refactored function signatures to remove redundant `void` types.

* feat: add toast notification for empty search

Show a warning toast when a search query returns no matching items.
This provides feedback to users so they know why the list is empty.

*   Only show `noData` placeholder when the source dataset is empty.
*   Automatically dismiss the toast when the search is cleared or
matches
    are found.

* Update src/components/Search.tsx
