feat: Add canonicalization of company names across indices

- Introduced `canonicalize_names.py` to unify company display names using ISINs and Wikipedia URLs.
- Updated `build_indices.py` to include a new step for canonicalizing names after enriching indices.
- Enhanced `enrich_indices.py` to utilize a more structured approach with data models for companies and indices.
- Modified `wiki_table_parser.py` to improve fallback logic for extracting company links from alternate language versions of index pages.
- Adjusted `index_sources.yaml` to change language fallback for IBEX 35 from Spanish to German.
