feat: Rich を使用した進捗表示を追加

TTY 環境では Rich による視覚的な進捗表示を行い、
非 TTY 環境では logging にフォールバックします。

- progress.py: ProgressDisplay クラスを新規作成
  - メルカリレッドのステータスバー表示
  - アイテム処理のプログレスバー
  - ProgressObserver Protocol を実装
- mercari_price_down.py: ProgressDisplay を使用した進捗表示
  - ブラウザ起動、ログイン、アイテム処理の各段階でステータス更新
- app.py: ProgressDisplay のライフサイクル管理
- my-py-lib を d445b87 に更新（ProgressObserver 対応）
