feat: iter_items_on_display に ProgressObserver を追加

- progress.py: ProgressObserver Protocol を新規追加
  - on_total_count(): アイテム総数判明時のコールバック
  - on_item_start(): アイテム処理開始時のコールバック
  - on_item_complete(): アイテム処理完了時のコールバック
- scrape.py: iter_items_on_display に progress_observer 引数を追加
  - 進捗通知を外部から監視可能に
  - _execute_item の戻り値を dict[str, Any] に変更
