Fix ParaTest cache corruption with per-worker bootstrap cache

When running parallel tests with ParaTest, multiple workers would try to
write to the same bootstrap/cache directory simultaneously, causing race
conditions that corrupted services.php and packages.php.

Each worker now gets its own bootstrap cache directory based on the
UNIQUE_TEST_TOKEN environment variable set by ParaTest.
