feat(store): implement route-based encryption with ClientEnc field

- add ClientEnc field to store.Message with SQLite migration
- introduce MsgReq struct for message creation (replaces multiple params)
- add RequireHTMX middleware for web form routes
- wire route-based encryption: UI=client-side, API=server-side
- remove Paranoid from messager.Params (kept in server.Config for now)
- use routegroup.With() for single-route middleware application
