feat(paranoid): complete client-side encryption with auth and error handling

- fix auth flow: preserve encrypted data during 401 popup, re-submit after login
- fix validation errors: reset encryption state on 400 so next submit re-encrypts
- add paranoid mode visual styling (red accent color scheme)
- add E2E tests for auth flow, file upload, and validation error re-encryption
- update documentation with paranoid mode usage and architecture
