More ephemeral environment work (#107)

* Dummy commit

* Updated spec to fix various bugs, get DNS working for preview

* Fixed various bugs, provisioned DNS for preview

* Fixed DB host to be accessible cross-domain in preview stack

* Fixed k8s provider for preview stack

* Fixed Phinx to work with preview environment

* Fixed HTTP routes so web now loads

* Fixed JS config to point to the right URI

* Fixed API and CORS issues, should be working now

* Got preview builds totally working (web, api, db, etc)

* Added another health API endpoint for the root path so that https://api.aphiria.com returns a 200.  Also added logic to ignore db-init job when waiting for pods to come up since it will never be running - it shuts down when done

* Started refactoring to using components

* Refactored local and preview environments to use factories for DRY

* Switched local to use local docker images

* Cleaned up TS code

* Did tons of TS cleanup, added a state drift detection GitHub Actions job

* Got website working after a ton of refactorings

* Removed LetsEncrypt staging

* Refactored secrets to use checksums to restart pods to pick them up

* Upped resource quotas to be able to handle rolling deployments

* Removed redundant API calls to create deployments/mark them as failed when failing since that's handled by the environment parameter in the deployment pipeline

* Removed kubectl from Pulumi destroy job for PRs, and instead fail if the stack could not be destroyed

* Minor refactoring

* Refactored lots of pipeline logic into reusable scripts

* Moved towards requiring manual triggering of build/deploy pipelines for fork PRs, cleaned up workflows quite a bit

* Cleaned up workflows more, removed need for GHCR_TOKEN repo secret (still need the PAT itself for k8s to pull in the images), stopped updating comments and now just post new ones to make things easier to track on the PR page
