test(store): run tests against both SQLite and PostgreSQL

- refactor db_test.go to use shared Postgres container via TestMain
- consolidate newTestStore helper to accept variadic options
- use key prefixes for test isolation in shared database
- fix ignored errors in session test setup
- standardize prefix patterns for consistency
- update testcontainers, docker client, and gopsutil dependencies
