feat: Implement JotFormSubmission class for API interactions

- Added JotFormSubmission class to handle submission data and interactions with the JotForm API.
- Introduced methods for setting and retrieving answers, updating submissions, and converting data formats.
- Created types for AnswerObject, Submission, and API responses to ensure type safety.
- Updated tests to validate new functionality, including handling of non-string inputs in make_array method.
