docs: add iOS/iPadOS configuration instructions

Document how to use the auto-generated `.mobileconfig` profile for
system-wide **DNS-over-TLS** on Apple devices.

Users can now:
-   Navigate to `/.mobileconfig` on their device.
-   Install the profile via **Settings** to automate DNS configuration.
