* feat: Add unit tests for ml submodule

Adds a comprehensive suite of unit tests for the `ml` submodule, achieving 100% test coverage for the `database`, `encoding`, and `model` modules.

- Creates a new test file `tests/test_ml.py`.
- Adds a `.gitignore` file to exclude generated files from version control.

* Delete .gitignore

* Update _version.py
