feat(spam): detect media messages with short captions as spam

Media spam (images/videos/audio) with short captions was bypassing
detection. ImagesCheck, VideosCheck, AudioCheck now accept minTextLen
parameter and flag media with text shorter than min-msg-len (default 50).

Also fixes missing AudioCheck wiring - flag existed but was never used.
