Bump glob and @next/eslint-plugin-next

Removes [glob](https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@next/eslint-plugin-next](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/HEAD/packages/eslint-plugin-next). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `glob`

Updates `@next/eslint-plugin-next` from 14.2.16 to 16.0.7
